Building upon the solid backbone that is XII Apostles BC (Before Cask), this unique gin has been carefully matured in brand new American Oak barrels to provide an appealing amber hue, with beautiful vanilla and charcoal notes.

An aged gin truly able to be enjoyed neat or as the foundation for an exceptional cocktail with orange bitters.

Currently available in 200ml and 500ml varieties.
