Stoken Berry Sour

Looking for a delightfully refreshing summer cocktail? Our Berry Sour is a fun and vibrant twist on the classic Gin Sour you’re sure to love. We’ve used the combination of flavours in a classic Gin Sour as a canvas and simply added some fruity, zesty and floral undertones. Expect to shake up a beautiful purple hue!

Ingredients:

  • 100ml STOKEN XII Apostles BC
  • 1 Cup Fresh Blueberries
  • 15ml Crème de Framboise
  • 4tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice
  • Lemon Peel to Garnish

Method

Crush blueberries with lemon juice in shaker. Add ice, crème de framboise, gin and shake well. Pour over ice into your favourite tumbler and top up with tonic or soda to taste.
