Low calorie Gin and Tonic

If you’re looking for a refreshing, low calorie Gin and Tonic to beat the afternoon summer heat, try this simple recipe.

Ingredients:

  • 30ml STOKEN XII Apostles BC gin
  • Ice
  • Fever-Tree refreshingly light Indian tonic water
  • Handful of fresh blue berries
  • 1 sprig of rosemary 

Method:

Fill your favourite Gin and Tonic glass with ice, add STOKEN XII Apostles BC gin and top with tonic water. Add blue berries and muddle slightly, garnish with rosemary sprig. Serve immediately.
